In 1988 graduated from Zhejiang University of Technology, received a bachelor's degree.
In 1991 graduated from Zhejiang University School of chemistry, received a master's degree.
In 2007 graduated from the Xiamen University Environmental Science Research Center, received a doctorate.
2009 Zhejiang University College of Life Sciences postdoctoral biology postdoctoral postdoctoral.
Since 1991, he has been engaged in teaching and research work at Xiamen University School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering

Application of extracellular electron transport microbes in interspecific interconnection, film forming and cell communication, microbial fuel cell, biogeochemistry, bio-mineralization, refractory pollutant treatment and environmental remediation
