Liming Zhang（张立明教授），现任美国UCSB教授。2003年于密歇根大学获博士学位，2003-2005年于芝加哥大学从事博士后研究。2008 Amgen Young Investigator’s Award，2008 NSF CAREER Award，2009 CAPA Distinguished Junior Faculty Award，2009 Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellow，2014年入选Elsevier高被引学者。
报告摘要：
This talk will discuss the recent developments in our lab on three areas of homogeneous gold catalysis, all of which employ π systems such as alkynes or allenes as substrates. They are: a) insertions into unactivated C-H bonds by in-situ generated acceptor/acyl gold carbenes via oxidative gold catalysis; b) insertions into unactivated C-H bonds by reactive gold vinylidene intermediates en route to versatile 2-bromocyclopentenones; c) the development of new bifunctional phosphine ligands specifically designed for homogeneous gold catalysis and their applications in novel and/or highly efficient gold catalysis.
