嘉宾介绍:
鲍红丽,研究员,博士生导师,中科院煤制乙二醇及其相关技术重点实验室副主任。2002年毕业于中国科学技术大学,获学士学位。2008年毕业于中国科学技术大学,获博士学位,导师丁奎岭研究员、尤田耙教授。从2009年至2013年,在美国德州大学西南医学中心从事博士后研究,研究成果以第一作者发表在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等杂志上。2013年12月以高层次人才引进到中国科学院福建物质结构研究所工作,任研究员,课题组长。2014年入选福建省青年拔尖人才、2015年1月入选福建省百人,2017年荣获“Thieme Chemistry Journals Award”奖。目前主要研究方向:金属络合物催化的新化学反应开发、不对称合成方法学,自由基化学。
报告摘要:
Alkyl peroxides are the widely used chemicals which are readily prepared from carboxylic acids. Alkyl peroxides are usually utilized as oxidants and radical initiators, not alkylating reagents. The decomposition pathway of alkyl peroxides remains unclear at the most circumstances. To solve the problems created by the weak oxidizability of general alkyl halides, also to understand chemical behavior of alkyl peroxides, Bao’s group systematically studied the reactivities of alkyl peroxides and activation mode of those compounds under different conditions. Alkyl peroxides can work as alkylating reagents and internal oxidant simultaneously. This difunctionality enables many new reactions which cannot be accessed by other type of electrophiles, e.g., alkyl halides. Moreover, alkyl peroxides serve as key reagents for radical relay reactions. By manipulating the decomposition pathway of alkyl peroxides, different reactions have been developed.
