内容介绍： Protein folding, signal transduction and bacterial infection are important and interrelated biological processes. To investigate their molecular mechanisms, our lab has employed a series of biochemical, structural biology particularly protein crystallography, and in vivo techniques. In this seminar, I will discuss our findings, focusing on the folding chaperone GroEL-GroES machinery, quorum sensing, and type III secretion system.
